Returns
If you are not satisfied with your internet purchase, you have 10
days from your shipping date to return or exchange your item. We cannot
accept returns or exchanges on special orders, engraved items and
Christmas decorations. You are responsible for paying for the shipping
fee to return us the item. All items must be in their original
packaging. Any items returned in packaging other than the original will
be refused.
If your item is received damaged, you must notify us immediately
within 48 hours. You must keep the entire damaged package including
everything that was there when you originally received the package. You
must report the problem to UPS and they will come to pick it up. We
will refund you as soon as we receive the claim, or we will send you
another package with your item.
Shipping
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. If the item is on back
order from manufacture and estimated time is longer than 14 business
days, you will be notified via e-mail or by the phone with the number
you have provided us.
John Dabbs Ltd. and UPS are happy to provide expedited service.
Choose Next Day or Second Day delivery. We do not offer UPS Saturday or
Sunday delivery. We ship only to the 50 US States and Canada. Our
shipping charge is $9.50 for all gifts except very large items which
will be subject to an additional charge. For P.O.Boxes the charge
is $14.50.
